A collection of photos from the eastern United States as areas in and around Delaware, New Jersey and New York deal with triple-digit temperatures. The Weather Channel reports that heat indexes in Central New Jersey topped 120 degrees fahrenheit. All-time record high temperatures have been set in various cities from Washington, D.C. to New York City.
