SUN VALLEY, Idaho - The director of the Sun Valley Ice Show says spectator jaws dropped when a man wearing only his flip flops crashed the grand finale.

Director Scott Irvine says the weekly show, which will feature Olympic champion Evan Lysacek this Saturday, was interrupted last weekend after an unexpected and unclothed participant took to the ice. Spectators say the man emerged from the nearby Sun Valley Lodge and streaked crossed the rink before darting away.

Professional skater Darlin Baker has performed in the resort town of Sun Valley for 19 years and says she's never seen anything like what happened that night.

So far, the impromptu performer has not been identified.

The Idaho Mountain Express reports that as of Tuesday, the incident had not been reported to the Blaine County Sheriff's Office.
