The Associated Press reports that the two children of parents who were deported from the United States in 2009 after being caught without proper documents have been returned to Mexico. Margarita Almaraz and Alfonso Mejia could not get visas to appear to testify before U.S. courts for their daughters custody hearings but their lawyer convinced a court in Chester County, Pennsylvania, to accept the testimony via Skype. It is the first time a U.S. court has allowed testimony in a custody case to be made over the Web via Skype according to their lawyers.
