Utah's gymnastics team faces a typically tough schedule in 2015, with meets against UCLA, Stanford, Georgia and Michigan highlighting the schedule that was released Monday.

The Pac-12 defending champions open their 40th season on the road at BYU on Jan. 9 while the home schedule begins with a tri-meet against SUU, Boise State and UC-Davis on Jan. 16.

Meets against UCLA, Stanford, Michigan and Georgia means the Utes will face almost half of the field that participated in the 2014 NCAA Championships.

The Utes return nine letter winners from their 2014 team, including Pac-12 all-around champion Tory Wilson and Pac-12 specialist of the year Georgia Dabritz.

Season tickets are on sale at UtahUtes.com.

Fans can get their first look at the team on Dec. 12 at 7 p.m. when they host the Red Rocks Preview.

The Utes will have seven of their meets televised by the Pac-12 Networks. —
