Class 5A

1. American Fork • Had no problem racking up runs in Timpanogos win

2. Bingham • Last two victories have been by only one run each

3. Alta • Got a no-hitter from Khale Tilby in 11-0 win over Weber

4. Copper Hills • Couldn't hold on late against Juan Diego

5. Jordan • Tested early by out-of-state competitors, Diggers should improve

Class 4A

1. Sky View • Got romped by Park City, but still among 4A's best

2. Maple Mountain •Â Busy schedule, but Golden Eagles are thriving

3. Skyline • Aside from Copper Hills game, run production has been strong

4. Cyprus • Extra-base hits, particularly doubles, are a Pirates specialty

5. Orem • Strung together a pair of wins this week as others struggled

Class 3A

1. Spanish Fork • Allowing an average of less than a run per game

2. Snow Canyon • This team will have tons of tournament experience

3. Park City • Arguably the hottest team in the state, with great offense

4. Juan Diego • Back on target with a comeback win on Friday

5. Stansbury • Early test against Bear River shows Stallions have promise

Class 2A

1. Gunnison • Rolled by higher-classification teams, but undefeated against 2A

2. Millard • Dakota Bullock has emerged as the team's go-to starter at 4-0

3. San Juan • Pounded South Sevier in two-game series by combined score of 31-10

4. Beaver • Big game against Millard quickly approaching on Tuesday

5. Enterprise • Defending champs looking a little shaky to start region play
