Region champions include Green River, Layton Christian, Tintic, and Duchesne. There is no defending champion because last year’s winner, Wasatch Academy, moved up a classification to 2A.

Another eight games are scheduled Thursday with consolation contests kicking off at 10 a.m. and championship contests scheduled at 4, 5:30, 7 and 8:30 p.m.
