The "30 Rock" star sought medical attention due to "a combination of exhaustion and altitude," according to his publicist Lewis Kay.
Morgan was released from the hospital Monday. Morgan’ was "grateful" for the care he has received, Kay said.
Kay said hospital officials reported no drugs or alcohol were found in Morgan’s system, despite reports he was acting drunk at the ceremony.
"Any reports of Tracy consuming alcohol are 100 percent false," Kay said.
Morgan suffers from diabetes and had a kidney transplant two years ago.
He had been tweeting from the hospital from his handle @RealTracyMorgan.
"Superman ran into a little kryptonite. The high altitude in Utah shook up this kid from Brooklyn," he wrote. He also said he will be back at work, shooting "30 Rock" on Tuesday.
"Holla at me!" he requested to his Twitter followers.
