Boise, Idaho • The Utah Grizzlies scores three power-play goals to defeat the Idaho Steelheads 3-2 in ECHL play at CenturyLink Arena.
The Grizzlies lost their home opener at the Maverik Center, 3-1, to the Steelheads on Friday night.
The Grizzlies went 3-for-7 on the power play and didn't allow a goal on six Idaho power plays — three of which were late in the game, including 38 seconds of five-on-three shorthanded situation.
Grizzlies goaltender Ryan Faragher stopped 22 of 24 shots in goal for his first pro game to earn his first win.
