Spring football is essential for college teams, teaching valuable skills like proper tackling technique and helping coaches decide on the order of the depth chart. Oh yeah, and showing off some sick dance moves.

The team held the 2014 RedZone Dance Off on Friday after practice and players broke out moves like "The Dougie," "The Worm" and "The Nae Nae" as teammates and coaches gathered around them in a circle.

One player threw down a back flip and the highlight may have been when coaches Taylor Stubblefield and Sharrieff Shah showed the players up with some moves of their own.
