Jazz rookie point guard Trey Burke suffered a fractured right index finger in Saturday night's 106-74 preseason loss to the Los Angeles Clippers at EnergySolutions Arena.

Team officials said Burke will be re-evaluated Monday, when a timetable for his return will be determined.

Burke, the Jazz's first-round pick in last summer's draft, suffered the injury in the first quarter against the Clippers. He returned to the game briefly but did not play in the second half.

Burke finished with two points and four assists in 14 minutes in the Jazz's lopsided loss to Los Angeles.
