Tallahassee, Fla. • Quarterback Jameis Winston completed 23 of 32 passes for 393 yards and a career-high five touchdowns for Florida State (5-0, 3-0 ACC). He's now thrown for 1,441 yards, 17 touchdowns with two interceptions and a 73.3 completion percentage.

The Seminoles put up 614 yards of total offense.

Maryland (4-1, 0-1) never got anything going and was lost after quarterback C.J. Brown left the game with an injury in the second quarter. No. 1 Alabama (5-0) beat Georgia State 45-3.

No. 2 Oregon (5-0) beat Colorado 57-16.

No. 3 Clemson (5-0) beat Syracuse 49-14.

No. 4 Ohio State (6-0) beat No. 16 Northwestern 40-30.

No. 14 Miami (5-0) beat Georgia Tech 45-30.

No. 15 Washington (4-0) at No. 5 Stanford.

No. 16 Northwestern (4-1) lost to No. 4 Ohio State 40-30.
