Utah’s Rebekah Winterton took second overall in 17:23; Darian Sharp was UVU’s top runner, taking 15th place in 18:05.

In the men’s race, Utah State took second with 35 points, just three behind winner Montana State. Utah Valley was third with 72. Kyle McKenna and Eric Shellhorn paced the Aggies, taking third and fourth place, respectively, with 5-mile times of 25:16 and 25:22. Trac Norris was the Wolverines top finisher, placing seventh with a time of 25:45.
"The women really stepped up and ran exceptionally well, and our men did very well as well," Utah State coach Gregg Gensel said. "This was a good meet for us to evaluate ourselves at this point of the season as we continue to get better each week."
