The Salt Lake Bees are expected to welcome the franchise's 10-millionth fan with prizes and an opportunity to see a major league game.

Salt Lake is set to open a four-game homestand Tuesday against Sacramento at Spring Mobile Ballpark. The club is currently 9,668 fans shy of reaching the record mark.

The lucky fan will receive a pair of Bees season tickets for the next 10 years, a VIP experience for 10 individuals at a Bees game later this season and a two-night trip for two to see Salt Lake's parent club, the Los Angeles Angels, at spring training in 2014.

In addition, the lucky fan will receive a VIP experience for 10 individuals at a Utah Jazz game during the 2013-14 season, a VIP experience for 10 individuals at Miller Motorsports Park, a VIP experience for 10 individuals at the 2013 Tour of Utah, a pair of tickets to the next 10 events at EnergySolutions Arena, 10 tickets to Megaplex Theatres, a $100 Fanzz gift card, 10 Papa John's pizzas and 10 Subway meal deals.

Nearly 516,000 fans have attended Bees games in 2012, marking the third time in five seasons the team has reached the half-million mark in fan attendance. Salt Lake has averaged 7,466 fans a game since the team's establishment in Salt Lake City in 1994. The Bees will become the sixth current Pacific Coast League franchise to reach the 10-million mark in total fan attendance and the first team to do so in 20 seasons or less.
