Las Vegas • Brad Hawpe hit a two-run homer in the second inning, Matt Long went 2 for 3 with a home run and John Hester smashed a solo shot in the ninth to lead the Salt Lake Bees over the Las Vegas 51s, 7-5, in Pacific Coast League baseball Saturday night.

Ryan Brasier pitched three scoreless innings in relief, allowing one hit while striking out two after Las Vegas scored three runs on starter Barry Enright and two more on Jeremy Berg.
