Chicago • Seattle Sounders midfielder Brad Evans will join the U.S. men for a training camp ahead of next month's trio of World Cup qualifiers.

Evans was added to the roster Tuesday, bringing the number of players invited to the camp to 30. Evans has made seven appearances with the Americans and was part of the team that lost to Mexico in the 2009 CONCACAF Gold Cup final.

Training camp opens Sunday in Cleveland, where the Americans will face Belgium in an exhibition on May 29. The Americans also have an exhibition against Germany on June 2 in Washington, D.C. before resuming qualifying June 7 in Jamaica. They'll host Panama four days later in Seattle, then face Honduras in Salt Lake City on June 18.
