UCLA scored one run in the bottom of the ninth inning, breaking a tie and giving the Bruins a 4-3 victory over the University of Utah baseball team Sunday in Los Angeles.

The Utes (16-26, 5-19 Pac-12) gave up a single, a walk and an error before a sacrifice fly drove in the winning run. Tyler Relf went 3-for-3 and drove in all three runs for Utah.

Softball

Washington 12, Utah 3 • Kate Dickman drove in two runs for the Utes (24-29-1, 7-17 Pac-12), who fell behind early and lost in game stopped after five innings.

Loyola Marymount 5-2, Utah Valley 3-1 • UVU (35-20, 14-10 Pacific Coast Softball Conference) dropped the series 3-1 in Los Angeles.
