Can't make it to Romney Stadium this season? Don't sweat it. Just tune into CBS Sports Network for your Aggies fix.

Of course, the football team would probably like the stands packed for its games after the Mountain West Conference just announced a new 21-game package for this fall: Utah State has five games on CBS Sports Network, including four at home.

The Aggies will get a chance to boost their exposure with home games against BYU, Boise State, Hawai'i and Colorado State being aired on the network. Utah State will also get airplay when it visits Air Force in its conference opener on Sept. 7.

Including its ESPN-televised game against San Jose State on Sept. 27, Utah State will have at least six televised match-ups this fall. ESPN still has claim to more, if it wants, and the two networks have claim for up to 44 games for the 2013 season. Other games could be broadcast on other platforms, such as online.

What does it mean for Utah State? It has a chance to look its best on TV.

The slate is tough - Boise State and BYU could be favored despite heading into Logan - but offers a chance for the Aggies to truly take advantage of playing on its home field. Especially in a Friday night game against the Cougars, when there will be few competing games, the Aggies could really put on a good show for a bigger audience.

If Utah State can hold it together in a really challenging opening to the season, the opportunity to increase its relevance is ripe.

A list of the games on CBS Sports Network:

• Sat., Sept 7,1:30 pm USU at Air Force• Fri., Oct 4, 6 p.m. BYU at USU• Sat., Oct. 12, 5:30 p.m. Boise State at USU• Sat., Nov. 2, 2 p.m. Hawai'i at USU• Sat., Nov. 23, 1:30 p.m. Colo. St at USU

Keeton named to Heisman Watch List

It seems the Chuckie for Heisman campaign really is taking off.

Utah State quarterback Chuckie Keeton was named to the 2013 HeismanPundit/CBSSports.com Heisman watch list that comes out after spring practices. One of 30 players nationally on the list, Keeton joins such luminaries as South Carolina's Jadeveon Clowney, Alabama's AJ McCarron and last year's winner Johnny Manziel of Texas A&M.

Keeton is coming off an all-WAC season in which he was one of the most prolific offensive players in the nation, racking up more than 307 yards per game. He threw for 3,373 yards and 27 touchdowns and rushed for 619 yards and eight touchdowns. With five starting linemen returning this fall, expectations are high for the Aggies' junior passer, who already holds a number of single-season records within the program.

Keeton is not the lone Mountain West candidate: Fresno State quarterback Derek Carr, Nevada quarterback Cody Fajardo and San Jose State quarterback David Fales are also on the list.

Is this a good time to say Keeton and Fales will be facing each other on Sept. 27 on Friday primetime on ESPN?
