Utah's football team is set to practice Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday this week with all practices open to the public. More info can be found in this week's release. The one major change on the depth chart was junior Quinton Pedroza has moved ahead of senior Anthony Denham at receiver. Pedroza has contributed mainly on special teams, but could be a breakout player for the Utes this year. Junior receiver Kenneth Scott talked on Thursday about how hard he and Pedroza and some of the other receivers worked in the offseason, knowing the Utes were going to use a more uptempo offense. The 6-foot-2, 216-pound Pedroza played just one year of high school football but was the league MVP for Chino H.S. in California finishing with 54 catches for 1,078 yards and 16 touchdowns, all records for the high school. He also excelled at returning punts and kickoffs. - Lya Wodraska
