Arizona jumped out to a 17-2 run in the first half as it took Harvard nearly 8 minutes to convert its first field goal. And the Wildcats never looked back, holding on to win 74-51 and advance to the Sweet 16.

Harvard was the sixth-best 3-point shooting team in the country during the regular season. But the Crimson went cold Saturday in Salt Lake City.

Laurent Rivard, whose 5-of-9 shooting from behind the arc helped lift Harvard to a win over New Mexico, hit only one triple on the night, finishing with 3 points.

Instead, it was Arizona on the other end of the floor putting on a clinic.

The Wildcats shot 58.3 percent from the field in the first half, and a scorching 5-of-8 from beyond the arc in the first half.

Point guard Mark Lyons led the way for Arizona, scoring a game-high 27 points.
