A frustrating night for the Lakers culminated in Kobe Bryant severely injuring his ankle on what he called a "dangerous" play.

With time running down in regulation and Los Angeles trailing the Hawks 94-92, Bryant attempted and missed a fadeaway jumper that could have sent the game to overtime. On the way down from the apex of his jump, Bryant was bumped by Hawks forward Dahntay Jones -- a move that is generally considered poor form by the unwritten rules of basketball.
