Korver: ‘A lot of good memories’ of Utah
Atlanta’s Kyle Korver has fond memories of his 21/2 seasons with the Utah Jazz: "We had fun teams. We had good teams — a lot of pieces that fit well together. How many times were we down 20 points in the second half but came back and won? So a lot of good memories. But I think the relationships you build over time — that’s what you take with you."

Pacers keeping up without Granger
Danny Granger, who missed Indiana’s first 55 games, is sidelined again after playing only twice on his bad knee. Still, the Pacers own the second-best record in the East. Said coach Frank Vogel, "Not having Danny, our guys realized it was going to be more of a struggle on the offensive end. So I think that enhanced our urgency on the defensive end."
Fredette happy for Lillard’s success

Boston’s Doc Rivers was friends with former University of Utah coach Rick Majerus, who died Dec. 1. Majerus moved on to St. Louis, which will play in the NCAA Tournament. Said Rivers: "I’m really happy St. Louis is doing well. Rick thought this was going to be a great year for him. Obviously, it didn’t turn out. But the team — I just read an article — is playing in his honor. That’s really cool."
