Tulsa, Okla. • Kyle Tresnak scored 20 points on 10-of-18 shooting and grabbed five rebounds to lead Weber State in its 70-66 BracketBusters win over Oral Roberts on Saturday night.

Oral Roberts led 36-29 at halftime but the Wildcats (20-5) responded with a 19-6 run to begin the second half capped off by two Jordan Richardson 3-pointers to take a 48-42 lead with just over 12 minutes to go in the game.

Richardson ended his night with 12 points.

"We didn't look good in the first half, but we really fought hard in the second half and came back looking like ourselves," said Weber coach Randy Rahe. "We struggled in the first half to hold on to the ball and kind of shot ourselves in the foot with the turnovers. We came out and really shot well in the second half and I was proud of how they responded on both ends of the court against a really talented team."

The Golden Eagles fought back, and with 9:20 to go Korey Billbury hit a layup to give Oral Roberts (17-11) a 53-51 lead. It was short-lived, however, as Scott Bamforth hit another Weber State 3-pointer to give the Wildcats a 54-53 advantage and they never trailed again.

Bamforth finished the night with 16 points, four rebounds and four assists.

Shawn Glover led Oral Roberts with 16.
