State colleges: UVU offense shines in road win

Ben Aird, Alfonzo Hubbard and Nick Thompson each scored 18 points in Utah Valley's 78-66 road win over University of Missouri-Kansas City. Thompson added nine rebounds, and two more Wolverines scored in double digits.

Skiing

Ana Kobal took second place for the Utes in the Spencer Nelson Memorial Invitational in Eldora, Colo. The Utah women's team is in sixth place overall, and the men finished 22nd.

Westminster's men finished fourth overall, and the women finished seventh, led by Anna Goodman's individual win.
