West Valley City • The Utah Grizzlies failed to score during a shootout Saturday night to lose their second straight home game against the division-leading Alaska Aces in a penalty-filled ECHL game at the Maverik Center.

Four players received 5-minute majors in the first period for fighting, and Utah's Brad Mills racked up 22 penalty minutes and was given a game misconduct in overtime for abusing officials.

The Aces improve to 20-8 to maintain their lead in the Mountain Division. The Grizzlies (10-11) are last in the division.

Zach Harrison put the visitors ahead 1-0 in the second period, but the Grizzlies responded with a goal from Mills late in the period.

Utah's Grant Rollheiser stopped 36 of 37 shots he faced.
