She's a a Youtube sensation, and nine-year-old Utahn Sam Gordon is reaping the benefits of her fame.
Gordon recently took up an offer from U.S. soccer star Abby Wambach to visit the women's national team. U.S. Soccer released a video of maybe the most well-known girl football player hanging out with this summer's gold-medal winners.
The Herriman pre-teen got noticed last month when a video of her football season highlights went viral, catching the attention of Wambach and a number of media outlets. Gordon, a fan of the team, says in the video that going to meet them was her favorite perk of her Youtube stardom.
"It's like a pro team, and I get to meet them at this age," Gordon says.
