Behind the career-night of sophomore outside hitter Shelby Dalton, the University of Utah volleyball team swept Cal Poly in its second match of the 2012 Utah Classic.

Dalton, a sophomore outside hitter, came up with 11 kills, tying a career-high. She also had three blocks and two digs.

Utah's Morgan Odale had nine kills and nine digs. Bailey Bateman had eight kills without an error and Erin Redd had six blocks and six kills.

The Utes will face Nevada on Friday night, in the final night of the tournament.
