Busy day for the Utes and the Pac-12 today, with the Utes practicing twice today and with the Pac-12 debuting its network tonight at 7 p.m. Pac-12 commissioner Larry Scott says people should be 'prepared to be dazzled.' The way he has gone about things in the Pac-12 I have a feeling this network is going to be solid, even if it goes through some opening day hitches. The first piece to be aired will be the Pac-12 Live, which will give an overview of the networks from the San Francisco studio. Football analysts Ronnie Lott, Rick Neuheisel, Curtis Conway and Glenn Parker along with Summer Sanders will give a preview of the upcoming football season. Among the programming the network has scheduled are football previews of each team. Utah will be previewed Saturday at 10:30 p.m. More on the scheduling here. Comcast customers with Digital Starter Service who will in Utah can see the network on channel 37 (53 in Heber) and high definition on channel 757. Out-of-state fans can find the network on their channel through this channel finder. As for the Utes, coaches were going to break down the film from the scrimmage Tuesday afternoon. We might know a little more about any depth chart changes this morning.
