The Westminster College men's soccer team will play 10 home games during the 2012 season, according to a schedule released Thursday. The Griffins open with an exhibition against Hope International on Aug. 22. The regular-season opener is Aug. 25 against Avila. Other key home games are against Frontier Conference rivals Great Falls (Sept. 3) and Rocky Mountain (Oct. 14). Among the Griffins' nine road games are match-ups against Benedictine on Sept. 8 and Bellevue on Sept. 9. A Frontier Conference road trip takes place on Oct. 19 and Oct. 21 against Rocky Mountain and Great Falls, respectively. The regular season ends Oct. 27 at Cal State-San Marcos. The Frontier Conference postseason tournament takes place Nov. 8-10 at sites to be determined. The NAIA nationalchampionships begin at campus sites Nov. 17. The finals will be played Nov. 26-Dec. 1 at Montgomery, Ala.
