With his productive, at least on paper, 2012 class out of the way, Gary Andersen and the rest of his class have gotten a jump on 2013.

Already, Utah State has three commits for next year in Pine View's Cody Boyer, Layton's Tyler Fox and East High's John Fakahafua.

The Tribune has obtained a complete list of in-state recruits who currently hold offers from USU. They include some of the brightest prospects in Utah.

Without further interruption, let's get to it.

1) Harrison Handley, 6-6 210, wide receiver, Alta - Maybe the best receiver in the state, and certainly one of the top offensive players in Utah. Handley burst onto the scene as a sophomore, and is a deep threat with speed and great size. He will be a tough get for USU, with BYU, Utah and Stanford all on his trail, amongst others. His father played for the Cougars. Handley is likely a mission first recruit.

2) Durrant Miles, 6-4 210 linebacker, Bingham - Another early mission recruit, he is coveted by the Aggies because of his size and speed. Would add to an impressive linebacking group.

3) Lowell Lotulelei, 6-2 290 defensive lineman, Bingham - If the name sounds familiar, it is. He is the younger brother of Star Lotulelei, the Utah senior who is possibly the best defensive lineman in college football. Taking into account that Star has improved quite a bit since his high school days, the ceiling is also high on his little brother.

4) Elijah Tupai, 6-4 250 offensive lineman, Cottonwood - Has room to add size and strength, and is one of several Cottonwood players to hold an offer from USU.

5) Haile Falemaka, 6-5 250 offensive lineman, Cottonwood - Another lineman with good size and potential.

6) Siale Sakailoatonga, 6-4 210 tight end, Cottonwood - With the Colts looking to have a great season, USU is trying to take advantage. Sakailoatonga is big and fast, so fast that he could develop into a safety down the road.

7) Chasen Andersen, 5-11 230 linebacker, Logan - We should all know this name, as Chasen is the son of Gary Andersen. The leading tackler in the state last season, Chasen is also making his way to BYU's camp this week. That should be a fun topic at Gary's dinner table.

8) Jake Thompson, kicker, Logan - If Thompson held a USU uniform right now, he would probably be the starting kicker. That's how high in regard he is held. That's how desperately the Aggies need a consistent kicker as well.

9) Zach Swenson, 6-1 195 wide receiver, East High - Could become a cornerback. Swenson is physical, athletic and tough.

10) Meti Taliauli, 6-1 310 defensive lineman, East High - Could be a perfect fit for Utah State's odd front.

11) Braden Harris, 6-3 220 linebacker, Gunnison Valley - As college prospects go, Harris is the premier small school player in the state, with BYU, Utah, USU and Boise State all showing interest.

12) Tyshon Mosely, 6-5 300 offensive lineman, Jordan - The latest in a long line of O-lineman to come out of Beetdigger land.

13) Kalei Kauha'aha'a, 5-11 230 linebacker, Juan Diego - His father, Chad is a current Utah assistant and a former USU assistant. Kalei is a transfer for the Soaring Eagle and should make a big impact this season.

14) Siale Hautau, 6-1 310 defensive lineman, Snow College - Is formerly out of East High.

15) Ofa Hautau, 6-1 290 defensive lineman, Snow College - Is Siale's brother and also formerly of East High

16) Ronald Tyler, 5-11 180 cornerback, Snow College - Is the lone player on this list not originally from Utah. Tyler hails from Pittsburgh.

17) Sean Barton, 6-2 200 linebacker, Woods Cross - Another linebacker that can really run.
