BYU conducted its Pro Day on Thursday, March 29, and approximately 17 NFL teams were represented in Provo. The BYU player who seems to have the best chance of being drafted this year, offensive lineman Matt Reynolds, talked about his Pro Day experience after the three-hour workout.
Reynolds says he shaved .2 seconds off his 40 time from the NFL Combine in February.
BYU's Terence Brown, J.J. Di Luigi, Corby Eason, Hebron Fangupo, Jameson Frazier, McKay Jacobson, Jordan Pendleton, Matt Putnam and Travis Uale also participated in Pro Day, along with three athletes from other schools: former Harvard QB Andrew Hatch, former SUU OL Devin Tavana and Les Brown, a Highland High product who didn't play college football at all. Brown, brother of BYU OL Braden Brown, played basketball for Westminster College, but is 6-foot-4 and 240 pounds and hopes to get a tryout at tight end with an NFL club.
