USU women hit road this weekend

Logan • Utah State’s women’s basketball hits the road for its final two regular Western Athletic Conference road games, meeting Nevada in Reno Thursday and first-place Fresno State Saturday.

The Aggies then return home to play their final three regular-season home games at the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum.

Utah State brings 16-7 overall and 7-2 league record into the contests. The Aggies are led by senior Ashley Brown, junior Devyn Christensen and senior Maddy Plunkett.

Nevada is 5-18 on the season and 1-7 in league play, while Fresno State is 8-0 in league play and 20-4 on the season.
