Provo • The nationally-ranked BYU women’s basketball team will put its perfect home record on the line this week when it hosts San Francisco Thursday at 7 p.m. and San Diego Saturday at 1 p.m.
The No. 23 Cougars recorded a decisive win over Gonzaga last week ti improve to 22-4 overall and 10-2 in conference play.

San Francisco brings in a 4-22 and 2-11 record into Thursday’s contest, which has been designated Orem City Days and will feature a halftime performance by the Cougarettes. BYU holds a 7-0 record over San Francisco. The San Diego game is the Pink Game for breast cancer awareness. Fans wearing pink can see the game for $1. There is also a dance day celebration with performances from local studios. This is San Diego’s first-ever trip to Provo. BYU holds a 2-0 all-time mark against San Diego.
BYU continues to feature a balanced scoring attack with center Kristen Riley and guards Kim Parker and Lexi Eaton all averaging double figures. Riley is also the teams leading rebounder, while senior co-captain Haley Steed is the team’s assist and steals leader.
Both games will air live worldwide on BYUtv and are simulcast on BYU Radio.
