Weber State men’s basketball star Damian Lillard has been named to another postseason award watchlist, the school announced Monday.

The junior point guard, who leads the nation in scoring with 25.5 points per game, has been named to the Oscar Robertson Trophy midseason watch list. The award is presented to college basketball’s player of the year at the end of the season.

Lillard kept himself in the discussion for postseason honors last week with a 40-point game against Portland State followed by 35 points against Northern Colorado. He is also averaging 5.4 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game.

His performances for the week also earned him Big Sky player of the week for the fifth time this season.
