Montana led 39-28 at halftime, keyed by a 17-0 run that turned a 15-14 deficit into a 31-15 lead.

The Grizzlies kept their lead in double figures for the early part of the second half, but the Wildcats rallied to get within four with just minutes remaining, but that’s as close as they would get on the afternoon.

The Wildcats are back in action on Saturday against Northern Arizona in Flagstaff, Ariz., at 6:35 p.m.
