Neither Utah offensive coordinator Norm Chow nor defensive coordinator Kalani Sitake had much to say about their involvement in Hawaii's search for a new head coach. Chow interviewed for the position over the weekend but wouldn't elaborate on how it went, offering only that he was "preparing for Georgia Tech." Sitake, meanwhile, has not been called for an interview. That is a little surprising since Hawaii reached out to him in the first place. Like Chow, Sitake said his main focus now is preparing the Utes for Georgia Tech. As for the Utes, they had a physical day of practice Monday and plan to do the same Tuesday, go light Wednesday and hit it hard again Thursday and Friday. "It was a good day," Utah coach Kyle Whittingham said.
