Minor league baseball: 10th-inning homer lifts Colorado Springs over Salt Lake

Outfielder Ryan Spilborghs, on an injury rehab assignment from the Colorado Rockies, belted a three-run homer in the bottom of the 10th inning to give the host Colorado Springs Sky Sox a 9-7 win over the Salt Lake Bees in a Pacific Coast League game on Monday night.

The Bees had forced extra innings as they tied the game at 6-6 in the eighth inning on back-to-back RBI doubles by Jeremy Moore and Efren Navarro. Moore also had a home run in the fourth and finished with four RBIs, while Efren Navarro added three hits and one RBI

Owlz 5, Ospreys 1 • Frazier Hall hit a two-run homer, and Ryan Jones had three RBIs as host Orem beat Missoula in the Pioneer League game.

Raptors 7, Brewers 3 • Andrew Edge went 3-for-4 with two home runs and four RBIs to lead host Ogden over Helena.
