Here's your weekly roundup of what local city councils, school boards and other government entities are tackling during regularly scheduled meetings. Government agencies have until 24 hours before a meeting to post their agendas, so check back as this schedule will be updated. All meetings are open to the public, and citizens are welcome to voice their opinions during designated times. If you do wish to speak at a particular meeting, you may need to sign up in advance.

Clearfield City Council • Has canceled its Tuesday, July 23, meeting. The next regular meeting will be held Aug. 27.

Cottonwood Heights City Council ยป Has postponed its Tuesday, July 23, meeting until July 30.

Davis County Commission • Will consider amending sections of the animal control ordinance dealing with fees and charges for services; Tuesday, July 23, 10 a.m., Davis County Administrative Office Building, 61 S. Main St., Farmington. View the Davis County agenda.

Herriman City Council • Has canceled its Thursday, July 25, meeting.

Kaysville Planning Commission • Will hold public hearings on rezoning 0.47 acre at 1550 S. Thoroughbred Drive from R-A (Residential Agriculture) to HC (Health Care) and on rezoning 0.92 acre at 579 S. Ogden City Council • Has canceled its Tuesday, July 23, meeting.

South Jordan Planning Commission • Will consider Daybreak and South District subdivision approvals, also a conditional use permit for a therapeutic massage studio at 1684 W. West Valley City Council • Will consider ratifying City Manager Wayne Pyle's reappointment of Cloyd Bell and Joan McCreedy Burrell and appointment of Fia Fafai and Abigail M.
