Here's your weekly roundup of what local city councils, school boards and other government entities are tackling during regularly scheduled meetings. Government agencies have until 24 hours before a meeting to post their agendas, so check back as this schedule will be updated. All meetings are open to the public, and citizens are welcome to voice their opinions during designated times. If you do wish to speak at a particular meeting, you may need to sign up in advance.

American Fork City Council • Will adopt a tentative budget, consider property annexations, a beer license for Sunstore LLC, and amendments to development code. Tuesday, 7:30 p.m., 31 N. Church St., American Fork. View the American Fork agenda.

Farmington Board of Adjustment • Will hold a public hearing on Destination Homes' request for a variance to the side yard setback requirements in the AE zone from 10 feet to 5 feet to provide enough space to build homes on properties at 661 N. 1725 West and 664 N. 1725 West due to the large Central Davis Sewer District easement on the north side of the properties; Wednesday, May 15, 7 p.m., 160 S.
