Nearly 200 Democratic leaders from across the country will be in Park City this week for a high-level post-election strategy session and to start planning for the 2014 election.

"It is an honor to host so many national Democratic Party leaders and show them the wonders of the Utah mountains and snow," Utah Democratic Party Chairman Jim Dabakis said in a statement.

The meeting will include state party chairs, vice chairs and senior staff from across the country, along with top pollsters, strategists and Democratic National Committee officials.

The meeting is scheduled Thursday through Sunday and will include strategy sessions and an overview of President Barack Obama's inauguration.

Young Democrats of America will also hold their meeting in Park City the same weekend.
