Nearly 400 people with Utah Support Advocates for Recovery Awareness and the other groups fighting substance abuse rally in the Capitol Rotunda on Tuesday. They are asking the state to invest in people to help them fight their drug addictions and return to society. Those gathered were there to let lawmakers know that funding for treatment programs is absolutely essential.
