The Salt Lake Tribune has been collecting reader-submitted photos of outdoor adventures for years in the weekly Away section. We have a huge collection of unused photos and have had some incredible shots submitted.

We will begin sharing these photos in an online gallery to show some of our favorites. Popular topics include wildlife, active lifestyle and scenery.

Submissions will be considered for the weekly Out Takes feature in the Tuesday Away section and for the Out Takes photo galleries online. Include details on the location, any people in the photo, what is happening in the shot and the date it was taken. E-mail high-resolution images to brettp@sltrib.com with the subject line "Out Takes."
