Oh goody! A big article today (Oct. 2) regarding the role of the wives of LDS Mission presidents. Our dear Tribune has become meager at best, and I have to wonder how many readers would really find this interesting in view of what else is going on in the world.

Just goes to show you what power the women in the church are getting when these ladies can contact the LDS higher-ups and get some microwaves so the missionaries don't die of food poisoning. If this article is a preparation for the slide into ownership by the Deseret News, I'm gonna be out of here.
