I was dismayed to read about Utah ending the budget year with $166 million surplus when there are over 100,000 Utahns with no health insurance, and no plan to use any additional money from the surplus to help Utah's uninsured population. Once again I realize Utah values the dollar higher than Utah values a heartbeat.

It is ironic since Utah prides itself on its Christian values when, obviously, ignoring the needs of uninsured Utahns is not Christian at all.
