Is there no bottom to which the right wingers will stoop? They, posing as "protesters," have pressured Southern Utah University into taking the name of Democratic Sen. Harry Reid off one of the campus buildings.

One, with a straight face, said they want to keep politics out of the matter. Oh, come on! Can anybody afford to be so petty?

What's next? Are they going to destroy the signage on the Scott Matheson Court Building? The Calvin Rampton Convention Center?

I guarantee you this: if we liberals had the power and money, we would not waste our time and energy toppling the names off the Huntsman Cancer Center or the Wallace Bennett Federal Building.

We choose not to be vile and hateful.
