After traveling repeatedly between Salt Lake City and Provo/Springville/Spanish Fork, I have come to the conclusion that our schools have failed miserably in teaching citizens how to read numbers.
While using the cruise control to hold my car at 70 mph (already 5 mph over the legal speed limit), I am consistently passed like I was sitting on the side of the road no matter what lane I am in.
I am also led to believe that the HOV lane stands for high output velocity because most in that lane seem to think the speed limit is at least 80 or 85, especially between Point of the Mountain and Provo. All those good folks rushing to get an education, I guess.
