I am tired of all these letters regarding inconsiderate and self-absorbed cyclists and motorists. Not a day goes by where I do not see a cyclist and/or driver exhibiting poor behavior on the road. I have seen more than my fair share of both cyclists and motorists blowing stops signs, not staying in their lane, failure to yield, etc, etc. — all of which have damn near hit me while on my bike or in my car.

The vast majority of cyclists and motorists need a serious dose of driving school 101. I am willing to bet most cyclists and motorists could not pass the written and field drivers test. And, sadly, the inconsiderate and self-absorbed behavior is not restricted to just cyclists and drivers. It pretty much applies to all parts of today's society.
