Letter: Congress can’t handle more responsibility
First Published Aug 25 2014 05:48 pm • Last Updated Aug 26 2014 12:05 pm

Friday’s Tribune displayed an article on Page 1 titled: "Lee: Congress needs a bigger role in federal rule-making."

How odd that one of the most inept U.S. senators, Utah’s Mike Lee, believes our current dysfunctional Congress is qualified to manage more responsibility. It would be as though Franco Shettino, the captain of the ill-fated Costa Concordia cruise ship that was run aground off the coast of Tuscany in January 2012, was asking for his old job back but wanted to be the captain of a bigger boat.
