Letter: Comcast’s blatant disregard
First Published Aug 25 2014 05:48 pm • Last Updated Aug 26 2014 12:05 pm

The recent article on Comcast’s treatment of customers ("Keeping up with the Comcast call-center fiasco," August 22) truly resonated with me.

It absolutely captured my own (frustrating) experiences whenever trying to fix or resolve a problem with Comcast. Given that there is such ample, documented knowledge of this kind of blatant disregard and disrespect for the American consumer, one must ask: Where is the FCC?
