The ongoing attorney general scandal might not have happened if Utah had a viable two-party political system. It also might not have happened if people would stop voting by rote and take the time to become informed about the candidates and issues.

In Utah we are lucky to have a system of checks and balances that actually works exceedingly well. This system is called District Attorneys Sim Gill and Troy Rawlings. What would we ever do without them?
