I really appreciate the way our governor has stuck to his beliefs on the gay marriage issue.

I don't care how others conduct their lives, but I resent having this gay marriage issue being treated like it is a normal way of life and should be accepted by people who do not believe it is right.

That police officer who refused to participate in the pride parade and lost his job because of his beliefs should not have been punished.

Many politicians and people in the public eye fear stating how they really feel about this issue for fear of losing their positions or being attacked by LGBT groups.

To each his own, and people who feel as I do should band together and stay strong in their convictions.
